Adjusting Portlet Appearance
Open the Configuration Panel
Each portlet has a pencil icon or an Open Configuration button. Click either one on the portlet you want to style. This action opens the portlet’s configuration panel.
Select the Appearance Tab
Within the configuration panel, click the Appearance tab to access the portlet’s visual customization general options.
Customize Basic Appearance Settings
A small panel appears with options like Border, Background, Title, and Boundary Border. Use these options to customize the portlet’s look and feel.
Border Toggles an outline around the entire text portlet.
Background Toggles a background color behind the text area.
Title Toggles a title bar for the portlet. When enabled, you can specify a Label for the portlet’s title bar.
Boundary Border Toggles an additional border or outline around the portlet’s content area.

Preview Changes in Real Time
As you adjust each setting, you’ll see the changes immediately reflected on the dashboard. This makes it easy to experiment with different styles and layouts.

Close and Save
Once you’re happy with the new appearance, close the configuration panel. Your portlet will retain these settings unless you choose to change them again later.
